Price, Order, Shipping and Payment"How to know the prices of products? If you sign up for an account with a valid email, then you can browse the price on product pages. You can also just send your inquiry to us, and we will reply to you with the price and other related information. We accept OBO(or your best offer), we would make our best to give you the best price we can.

How to Order?First, send us a quotation request, to do that, you have 4 ways: Add products to the cart, then go to the cart page, fill out your contact information(necessary info include your name and your email address), and click submit button. Go to the contact us page, fill out the contact form. You can also write an email(sales@channalinflatables.com) directly to us if the two methods above are not working. We also have other ways to talk with you, like the Facebook page and Skype. Then we will receive an email from you, and we will try to reply to you as soon as possible. All further details include prices, payment, shipping, etc, will be discussed in the emails. Then if you finally choose us to work for you, we’ll sign a contract together. You will pay us a deposit first (normally 30-50% of the whole order), then we begin to manufacture the inflatables. After we finish, we’ll let you know by sending emails and pictures. The final step is you pay off the rest of the order, we ship your units to your location.

What certifications do your inflatable products have?We design all products that strictly follow the standards include CE, UL, SGS, ASTM F963, EN71, EN14960. And for the repair glue we use, it passes Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and Annex II (COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 453/2010).
